By enrolling in or participating in Perfiit training programs, you agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in the training programs.
2. Physical Health and Safety
Prior to commencing any Perfiit training program, you are responsible for ensuring that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that may be aggravated by exercise. It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness regimen.
3. Assumption of Risk
You understand that exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in Perfiit training programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and release Perfiit, its trainers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of the training.
4. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your progress and results in the training programs are dependent on your individual efforts, commitment, and adherence to the program guidelines. Perfiit provides guidance and support, but you are ultimately responsible for your own actions and outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, workout plans, and resources provided by Perfiit are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission from Perfiit.
6. Confidentiality
Any information shared by Perfiit trainers or fellow participants during the training programs should be treated as confidential. You agree not to disclose or use any confidential information without the explicit consent of the involved parties.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms and refund policies for Perfiit training programs will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process. Please review and understand these terms before making any payments.
8. Modification or Cancellation
Perfiit reserves the right to modify or cancel training programs at any time, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement, as determined by Perfiit.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perfiit operates.
